hey guys…hopefully everything is going well on your trek. only about 10 million more steps (or so) to go. keep it up.

Hey John, sounds like you and Joe are making great progress–hiking 20 miles a day! WOW! Glad to hear that you have time to stop and smell (or at least take pictures of) the flowers. Take care.
“According to the map we’ve only gone 4 inches”-Harry
Wow! Ever since June 20th you boys have really been pushing the pace and racking up the miles. I hope this means that you’re back together again and no longer hiking alone. So much safer that way, not to mention more fun. At this rate, the caravan driving out to meet up with you two in mid July is going to have to drive to Connecticut–I hope that that is just a joke! You’ll have to let us know if you have any special supply requests–except for food of course, you know we’ll be bringing lots of food. Love ya, Aunt Deb
WOOT WOOT!!! MAINE! Last state…I hope it proves to be as beautiful as people say. See you in a few weeks!
WOW! Your last 100 miles! Fantastic! Unbelievable! WOW! Take care, watch yur step, stay safe. Love Aunt Deb
Unbelievable! I am amazed by the pair of you. Can’t wait to see you guys!
You have almost accpmplished your goal and I am not surprised, I know you “stopped along the way to smell the roses” as they say!
In your final steps, remember we are all living a bit thru your journey, thanks for all your sharing and thanks for finishing the trip, it will probably be a little bittersweet to hit the top of the mountain and the end of the trail, but there will be many more journeys in your life. see u both soon
You did it just in time for football season.
